Proffesional Bartender - is a key figure in the industry coktail bar culture awareness. The goal of the GBA (Georgian Barmen Association) is to raise and pass the knowledge and skills to a young generation, to acquaint young minds about the best sides and the future perspectives of the industry of the hospitality.

 On the duration of the course period student will go through theoretical which means that he/she will be given essential knowledge about the bassis of the spirit production processes, history of heritage, key ingidients involved in the process, brands - explained, cocktail history and so on. Student will also undergo the practical and most creative part. Cocktail making and understanding the meanings of: The balance, The Flavour, The Garnish. Mastering the worlds 77 classic cocktails as well as some interesting signature recepies of mixed drinks and hanmade ingredients irreplaceable behind the bar. Besides this, master classes , trainings and fun activities will take place. Best students will be showing off their skills onacocktail competitions.

 Association is unifying all people behind the bar who are serving the same purpose whether is an amateur or a proffesional. Our members are working in most prestigious venues.
